I'm using Joomla version 5.1.1.
The content of my site's index page is pulled directly from the phpMyAdmin database. However, after updating the index page content in the database, the changes aren't reflected on the front end.
I cleared the cache, but that didn't resolve the issue.
I’m not sure if this is relevant, but every time I clear the cache, the "schemaorg" cache is successfully cleared. However, 3 out of 2 files in the _media_version folder are never cleared.
What could be causing this issue? How can I force Joomla to refresh and display the updated content?
